In 1995, Cansu started her own production company Case Productions, where she produced and directed many TV shows, TV series, films, documentaries and commercials. In 2001-2002, Cansu worked as a distributing agent for films and TV shows of Sony Pictures Television International with Magmultimedia. In 2003-2006, she produced numerous films and commercials including “Patron Kim?” / “Who’s the Boss? (Turkey)” with Sony Pictures Television International. As a freelance journalist she worked for Deutsche Welle, Radikal Newspaper, NTV and Açık Radyo in 2008-2009. She is currently working with BKM since 2015 as an executive producer and produced comedy shows such as “Eğlendirme Dairesi”, “3G Show” and “Güldüy Güldüy Show Çocuk”, and movies such as “Bizim Köyün Şarkısı” in 2018, “Can Dostlar” in 2019 and “Gamonya: Hayaller Ülkesi” which will be released in 2020.

Karen Coats is the Director of the Centre for Research in Children’s Literature at the University of Cambridge. Prior to her appointment as Professor of Education, she was a professor of English at Illinois State University, where she taught courses in children’s and young adult literature, storytelling, and film. She holds a PhD in Human Sciences from the George Washington University. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on the intersections between cultural theory and youth literature, with a strong focus on how individual and cultural identities are constructed in dynamic interaction with media. In addition to many scholarly articles, she is author of Looking Glasses and Neverlands: Lacan, Desire, and Subjectivity in Children’s Literature and The Bloomsbury Introduction to Children’s and Young Adult Literature.

Nazlı Çevik Azazi, one of the founders of SEİBA International Storytelling Center; storyteller, theater / dance pedagogue (M.A.), instructor and writer. Awarded the “Thüringen Fairy Tale and Legend Award” in Germany in 2017, Azazi conducts studies at national and international levels in order to recall the storytelling, an art that has become almost forgotten in our country, and interpret it in a manner that meets the needs of modern life. She successfully completed the “Master of Arts in Pedagogy” (2008-2011) and “Artistic Expression - Storytelling in Education and Art” (2011-2013) at the Berlin University of the Arts, and contemporary dance schools in Berlin, TanzTangente (2009-2010). She completed “Creative Dance and Dance Pedagogy Certificate Programs Dock at Dock11 (2010-2011). In addition, she continues the Basic Existential Analysis Training which she started in October 2018 in Istanbul. Nazlı's first book, inspired by the experience and knowledge gained from her long-standing works in the field of storytelling; “TALES: Love Between Two Worlds”, and the second book “Healing Tales” came from Doğan Novus. Nazli; on the one hand is going on writing books for children and adults in Turkey and abroad of all ages to tell human stories and provide training, on the other hand, both nationally and internationally in storytelling and theater / dance is producing projects in pedagogy field.

She is graduated in Mathematics from the University of Vienna. She defended her master thesis in Fourier Analysis. She did a second master in Pedagogy at the University of Vienna. During her stay in Vienna, she took Astronomy courses from Kuffner Observatory in Vienna. In 2013 She enrolled in Philosophy Phd at the Department of Philosophy, Istanbul Medeniyet University. Her main academic interests are science education, philosophy of mathematics, logic, history of science, history of logic, STEAM education and social entrepreneurship. There was a growing urge inside her to do something to transform the way education system in Turkey works. She wanted to create a more child friendly, play and imagination driven education methodology. Therefore she established Usturlab in 2012, a social enterprise which produces contents, plays, toys, games for children to learn and designs scientific exhibitions. More than 100,000 children received free education in the fields of astronomy, ecology, biology, microbiology, mathematics, coding, robotics, art and philosophy all over Turkey. Sümeyye Ceylan, who works as a consultant for various educational and public institutions and private companies, also designs science centers and scientific games. She is married and has two sons.

Burak Göral is a film critic, journalist, writer and screenwriter who was born in Istanbul. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Marmara University. Since 1994; He regularly wrote film critics and cinema articles in many newspapers, websites and magazines. Since the second half of the 1990s, he has worked as an assistant director, radio producer and web site editor, and as a script consultant on some feature films. Since 2004, he has been actively writing screenplays, writing and acting as a scriptwriter for feature films and TV series. He has published four feature books and three feature screenplays. Professional Experience Pınar Kandemir has been the Director of Research and Vision at TRT World since 2015. She is the founder of four sub-brands of TRT, including TRT World Research Centre, TRT World Forum, TRT World Academy and TRT World Citizen. In addition to leading the TRT World Research Centre, which releases reports, discussion papers, policy outlooks and various other publications on regional and global issues, she continues to coordinate the TRT World Forum, an annual academic conference that brings together academics, policy makers, journalists and leaders of civil society from all around the world to Istanbul each year. Educational Background Having receiving her BA and MA degrees in Political Science and International Relations at Marmara University, Ms. Kandemir has continued her studies by undertaking a PhD in the Department of War Studies at King’s College London. She is currently writing her PhD thesis on the “Transformation of Secularism in Turkey”, and has possesses expertise on media and humanitarian work, Turkish political history and secularism.
